In the Spring of 2022, AUHSD was awarded over $23,000,000 by the State of California to help support and expand our community schools model to thirteen schools, and our school is one of the grateful recipients!
A "Partner Needs and Assets Assessment informs a community school's strategy." The process often includes:
- Reviewing archival data.
- Administering surveys.
- Holding focus groups.
- Conducting interviews.
The needs assessment findings inform which partnerships, policies, and programs a community school will pursue to support student success. Families must complete one survey for each child enrolled at Magnolia. If you would be willing to put the links and QR codes on your Ekadence pages and direct your students to them, that would be very helpful! The survey takes an average of 6-8 minutes to complete.
